At Sovereign Studio, our goal is to bridge the gap between beauty & wellness by creating a peaceful, loving environment & providing one of a kind services to enhance inner beauty & confidence. In this space, we offer a wide range of hair services for all textures, such as hair cutting, coloring, lightening, deep conditioning, scalp treatments, keratin treatments, & specialty styling (excluding bridal updos and braiding... at leasr for now), as well as the more holistic practice of Reiki & intuitive healing. At Sovereign Studio, it's not just a salon visit; it's an experience! My name is Cassidy, I am the owner and stylist behind Sovereign Studio. I've been in Tucson for 9 years and working in the industry just as long. As an Aveda Alumni, I love the natural and holistic side of this industry, with a particular focus on curly hair, but as a science nerd, I'm also driven by the chemistry of hair color. Cancellation Policy
Here at Sovereign Studio, we value and respect your time and energy, so we ask that you do the same.
In the event that you may be running late, please notify us via phone call or text message. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will likely need to be rescheduled in order for the stylist to stay on schedule with other appointments that follow. 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your existing appointment.
Any cancellations made after the 24 hour grace period will result in a 50% charge of the services booked to the card on file. This fee is non- refundable. If more than 3 appointments are canceled on the day of, you will be required to pay a deposit to book any future services. In the event that payment is not made, you will no longer be able to schedule your services with us.
A no-call/ no-show will result in a 100% charge for the services booked to the card on file. In the event of a no call/ no-show, a deposit will be required for future appointments. If this happens more than once, you will no longer be allowed to schedule services with us.
By booking an appointment, you are hear by agreeing to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy. Sovereign Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Thank you for your respect and understanding of our salon policies!
